QQTabbar is the tool we have been looking for.
Most useful feature is Folder Menu. Folder menu shows the contents inside a folder as a cascaded menu. this goes on till the end. The boring task of opening every parent folder to get to a deeply placed folder is no trequired. you can just point to the folder and fluidly navigate to deep folders.
